Gallery Leasing and Art Lease/Purchase Program

Gallery Leasing

The Foundry Gallery, conveniently located in a traditional brownstone townhouse near the Dupont Circle Metro Station, is available to lease as a venue for monthly exhibits as well as for short-term special events. We offer attractive monthly and hourly rates.

Short-Term Event Rental

For short-term events, the Foundry Gallery is available morning to midnight, seven days a week. Surrounded by engaging art, our unique setting provides the perfect location to hold community meetings, small corporate functions, fund raisers, life celebrations, musical performances and much more.

Long-Term Exhibition Rental

For long-term exhibition rental, Gallery I at the Foundry is available as a monthly rental. Accessibility to the Gallery is during regular business hours when the Gallery is staffed with at least one member artist.

The Foundry Gallery Features:

• Two spacious galleries, both exhibiting works of original art
• An opportunity for non-member artists to exhibit their own work
• An excellent location in historic NW, Washington, D.C.
• Convenient Metro access
• Proximity to fine area restaurants and a vibrant urban setting
• Our facilities accommodate up to 75 people standing, or 25 people seated
• 850 square feet of space includes high ceilings and large windows
• Street and garage parking is available
• The approach is by stairs; regretfully, the Gallery is not handicap accessible

Foundry Gallery Art Lease/Purchase Program

Our Art Lease/Purchase Program is designed to reach out to organizations or individuals who are looking to complement their environment with artwork that expresses their personal style or image. Artwork shown on our Virtual Gallery is currently available to lease, lease to purchase, or purchase outright through the Foundry Gallery.

To lease and/or purchase artwork, please contact the Foundry Gallery directly. Consultation services are also available where one of our representatives will work directly with you or your committee to assist in the selection process (hourly fees apply).
